Max Brunsdon – Executive Director
Mr Max Brunsdon has over 30 years' experience in the coal industry having worked for BHP and Bathurst Resources Limited. Mr Brunsdon's particular areas of expertise are in the fields of sales, marketing and logistics. Mr Brunsdon joined the Board of Attila Resources Limited in October 2012.
Evan Cranston – Non-executive Director
Mr Evan Cranston is a corporate lawyer with a broad experience in the areas of capital raising, IPOs, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr Cranston was formerly Executive Director – Corporate of Ampella Mining Limited and is currently non-executive chairman of Boss Resources Limited and a non-executive director of Carbine Resources Limited, Clancy Resources Limited and Cradle Resources Limited. Mr Cranston joined the Board of Attila Resources Limited in October 2012.
Bryn Hardcastle – Non-executive Director
Mr Bryn Hardcastle is principal of Perth-based law firm, Bellanhouse Legal, specialising in corporate, commercial and securities law. He advises on equity capital markets, takeovers, schemes and corporate acquisitions, reconstructions and disposals predominantly in the energy and resources sector. Mr Hardcastle joined the Board of Attila Resources Limited in December 2011.
Craig Stepan - Logistics
Craig Stepan provides consulting services to Attila Resources to consult on logistics for the Kodiak Project. He has over 35 years experience in transportation / logistics, commercial, marine terminal management, and bulk materials mining, purchasing and handling. Craig was the former General Manager / President of US Steel Corporation's logistic's department after commencing his career with the company in 1971. Craig established his own consultancy business based in Mobile, Alabama in 2007 following his retirement from US Steel. Craig currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Natoinal Waterway Conference and the Warrior Tombigbee Waterway Association.
TBL Metallurgical Resources LLC - JV Partner
TBL Metallurgical Resources LLC is a 20% JV Partner with Attila Resources (70%) in the Kodiak Project. They were the former owners of the mine and bring with them a wealth of experience in the Cahaba Coal Basin and the Alabama coal industry.
